AgentDesk ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the AgentDesk mobile application and related services collect, use, and handle information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

AgentDesk is a local-first application. AI inference runs on-device or on your local PC. Conversation data is stored in a local SQLite database and is not transmitted to external servers by default. You retain full ownership and control of your data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
Conversation data is retained locally on your device for as long as you use the App. You may delete history at any time from within the App or by uninstalling it. We do not maintain copies of your data on remote servers.
AgentDesk is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App, including local data storage and secure tunnel protocols for remote access features.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
